Theresa has spent her career opening doors for DC residents, from managing workforce development partnerships with DOEE, Pepco, and DC Water at the DC Infrastructure Academy, to chairing Environmental Justice for the NAACP in Maryland. With a background in Public Policy and Campaigns & Elections and experience in congressional policy work, she brings policy fluency and boots-on-the-ground experience to the fight for a just, livable DC. As Principal Strategist at TMF Catalyst Strategies, she now channels that experience into advancing equity through business, policy, and congressional advocacy work.
