Phil Engen
Iowa State Coordinator
Phil Engen drives his Tesla to every CCL Lobby Day in DC that he can, since I joined CCL in 2019 and I’m sure it’s been happening longer than that. He is happy to fill the car with other CCLers. He’s native to Canada and is active in his local curling club!
