Flannery Winchester

Flannery Winchester, CCL VP of Marketing & Communications, manages CCL’s marketing and communication efforts. She guides her team to inform and inspire volunteers, welcome new prospective supporters, and advance CCL’s policy goals across our website, national newsletters, blog posts, social media, local media and more.

Flannery came to CCL after content and marketing roles at an email marketing agency, an international software company, and a local women’s magazine in Atlanta. She began volunteering with CCL in 2015 and joined the communications department in 2017. She began leading the combined marketing and communications efforts in 2025. When she’s not working, she’s probably gardening, reading, walking her dog or doing a puzzle with her preschooler.
