Each spring, this conference exclusively for CCL’s right-of-center climate advocates provides a chance to link up with the broader eco-right movement, learn about climate and clean energy policy, and lobby Congress to pass it.

Every year, Citizens’ Climate Lobby volunteers travel to D.C. to learn about climate solutions and lobby Congress at our annual Conference and Lobby Day. Join us July 25-27, 2027.

This event is presented by CCL’s People of the Global Majority Action Team and creates a welcoming space for everyone to build connections and reflect on the experiences of others.
Don’t miss our monthly meetings
Stay informed and inspired with CCL staff and other volunteers. These virtual monthly meetings are open to anyone and feature policy updates, actions, guest speakers, and more. Meetings take place on Zoom the second Saturday of the month at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

What happens at a CCL conference?
In-person conferences and lobby days
Our national in-person conference takes place every summer in Washington, D.C. More than one attendee has described it as “life-changing” (seriously!). These annual events are friendly, inclusive spaces with like-minded people ready to help solve climate change.
The conference lasts a total of two days—one day of conference sessions, followed by a Lobby Day on Capitol Hill.

Our virtual conferences keep the same CCL spirit, with a packed day of speakers, breakout sessions, and activities. Attendees can expect a carefully selected lineup of speakers designed to educate, motivate, and inform on the latest climate-related topics and policies. Virtual breakout rooms provide the opportunity to attend sessions that capture your interest and meet other attendees from all over the country—all without having to leave your house.
